Mix the NESTLÉ EVERYDAY whole milk powder and the NESTLÉ DESSERT & COOKING CREAM until they form small granules.
Prepare the syrup and add it to the milk mixture.

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the water and sugar Continue stirring until the sugar has dissolved and the syrup has thickened slightly. Then add the milk mixture. Keep mixing so that lumps don't form - if you ever see any you can quickly mix them with a hand thresher.

Add the vanilla extract and shape it on greased paper in a mold. Squeeze well. In the second part, add the NESTLÉ COCOA. Squeeze everything over the Vanilla Barfi. Squeeze well. Add the crushed almonds and press well.
Put in the fridge

Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until set. - Once out of the fridge, you can cut into small squares to serve.
