Clean the shrimp.

Clean the shrimp. Clean and reserve the tiger prawns without peeling them.
Marinate the shrimps in the MAGGI OYSTER SAUCE.

Prepare the shrimp

In a frying pan, pour half of the butter, a tablespoon of olive oil, half of the garlic and a little parsley, as well as the chopped mushrooms. Let it sweat for a little while. Stir in the shrimp. In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, salt and pepper. Add this mixture, the NESTLÉ CARNATION and the NESTLÉ DESSERT & COOKING CREAM to the pan. Pour in the chili. Mix well for 2 to 3 minutes because the shrimp cook very quickly, and set aside.
Prepare the tiger prawns

Season the tiger prawns with salt and pepper. Add butter, a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic and parsley. Mix the tiger prawns. Add the fresh mushrooms and the snap beans. Season again.
Switch to dressage

In a small saucepan, place the shrimp, with a little NESTLÉ CARNATION if the preparation has thickened. Then, delicately place two tiger prawns on top with the fresh vegetables and chilli. Sprinkle with parsley.
