This Lemon Pound Cake makes a wonderful dessert no matter what the occasion.

NESTLÉ® full cream sweetened condensed milk

Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, self-rising, enriched
0.75 teaspoons
Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
0.25 teaspoons

Butter, without salt

Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 180° C and place rack inside.
Line a 20*10 cm rectangular cake mould with parchment paper.
On a parchment paper, sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add the eggs gradually while whisking then pour vanilla extract, lemon zest and lemon juice
Add Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and whisk until well combined. Fold in the flour mixture
Bake
15 Min
Pour cake mixture in the mold, bake and leave aside to cool completely
For Lemon Sauce
1 Min
Stir Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk with lemon juice for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens like a sauce. Spread it over the cake then decorate with lemon zest
