Marinate the chicken

Add 2 tablespoons of MAGGI chicken broth to the chicken, together with the cooking cream, ginger and garlic, a tablespoon of butter, garam masala and paprika
Cook the chicken

Melt butter in a pan to brown the marinated chicken.
Prepare the sauce

For the sauce, sauté the onion, garlic, ginger and peppers in butter. Add the garam masala and tomatoes before seasoning with MAGGI Chicken Broth. Dip the cashews in 50ml of water and crush to obtain a paste. Add the cashew paste to the sauce until it thickens.
Pass the preparation in a blender

Pass the preparation in a blender before browning it by adding NESTLÉ DESSERT & COOKING CREAM.
Stir in the chicken

Stir in the chicken and cook for 5 minutes until the chicken is tender enough.
