Lamb, New Zealand, imported, liver, raw

Water, bottled, generic

Onions, young green, tops only

Parsley, fresh

Instructions

Sauté the vegetables

In a deep frying pan, sauté Onions in Vegetable Oil until golden, add Chili, Cumin Powder and Tomato Paste and sauté for 1 minute.
Add Lamb Liver
5 Min
Add Lamb Liver strips and mix with onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add MAGGI Chicken Stock
5 Min
Add MAGGI Chicken Stock and Water; bring to a boil and stir all ingredients together, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
Add the Green Onions
5 Min
Stir in Green Onions and Parsley leaves before serving with flat bread or steamed rice
